DIRFloortime
DIRFloortime is the foundation of the play-based therapy I do with children and families. It is parent-focused, developmental, and individualized, so it can be as casual or intensive a program as you like, depending on the needs of your family. See this site for more information about what it is, how you can support your child, and how you can get started.

Self-Regulation Institute
The Self Regulation Institute (SRI) has the goal of deepening understandings of stress and the management of stress through integrative research inspired by community and focused on five key areas: reframing existing research about stress from a self regulation lens, stress in the five domains, the transient nature of stressors, and the practice and assessment of self regulation. SRI is informed by an International Research Advisory Board comprised of world-renowned scientists and thought leaders.
